If you live in Canada or in the Continental US, your merchandise will be shipped to you via Canada Post or USPS, respectively. The estimated date of delivery seen in the Checkout section of our store is just an estimate and we do not guarantee you will receive your package on or before that date.
If you have elected one of our shipping methods that provide package tracking, please check the package whereabouts prior to contacting us about a delayed package.
If you package has not arrived 7 business days after predefined estimated arrival date and you have followed the process outlined above, please email us at email@example.com.
If you reside within in Canada, you can take advantage of our no hassle, free return policy! If you don't like the item or are in need of another size, don't worry you can send it back using a free return label. See Refund Policy for more details on returns.
For customers outside Canada, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to ship your product back to us. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are not satisfied with the item or are in need of another size, don't worry you can send it back using our free return policy! Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Once your item is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the return eligibility requirements. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are not approved, the item will be returned to you. Additional shipping rates will apply.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org describing the defect or damage. We will make exchanges on defective and damaged items on a case by case basis.
