Deliveries
If you live in Canada or in the Continental US, your merchandise will be shipped to you via Canada Post or USPS, respectively. The estimated date of delivery seen in the Checkout section of our store is just an estimate and we do not guarantee you will receive your package on or before that date.

If you have elected one of our shipping methods that provide package tracking, please check the package whereabouts prior to contacting us about a delayed package.

If you package has not arrived 7 business days after predefined estimated arrival date and you have followed the process outlined above, please email us at info@mernini.com. 

Returns
If you reside within Canada, you can take advantage of our no hassle, free return policy! If you don't like the item or are in need of another size, don't worry you can send it back using a free return label. See Refund Policy for more details on returns.
