I love this rain jacket. It was perfect for our spring trip to Halifax. Although I have lived in Alberta for the last 27 years I was drawn to this beautiful jacket (I'm originally from NFLD) I have the Carmel also and just bought the cream vest. These jackets will come in handy when I explore the east and west coasts in my upcoming retirement years. I Love to support our east coast businesses and with these beautiful jackets it was easy peasy . Sandra
There were numerous loose thread and seams that are already separating and I have worn it only twice. Very disappointing
The cream liner pairs nicely with my caramel coat. The liner is a nice piece that I will wear both together with the rain coat, as well as, on its own. The 2-way zipper is ideal for sitting and the large deep pockets fit my phone & keys.

The Mernini long liner in cream arrived quickly and I love it. I received the raincoat in bright yellow as a gift from a friend and I never wear it without feeling grateful and happy (as well as warm and dry of course). The yellow glows like a lantern on any dull day and on a bright day, feels in tune with the sun. Now that I have the liner, it will extend the wearability of my yellow slicker into the colder seasons. Very practical!
Nice weight but a little tighter through the hips than the raincoat. Great length, will be perfect on the cold rainy days. Really, it will be good whenever I need another layer.

Took a long time to get here….but now that I have it I will say it’s great and well made! I will it be worn often.
I have the caramel coat and love it. It’s size L and fits well. The size L liner I just received, is a tad snug. Having said that; I love the weight, colour and the flat “ nothing is sliding out” pockets. Overall pleased.

Looks wonderful in the coat or as a stand alone garment! Definitely needed for our west coast weather where the chill gets into your bones even when it's not particularly cold. I really wish it had long sleeves though; the pictures clearly show that it doesn't have sleeves so my surprise that it didn't is all on me. Still, terrific product!

Love the versatility of this vest/liner. A perfect garment for a cool day on its own with a sweater or as a liner with the raincoat.
Would have preferred Petite size instead like the raincoat, petite fits my frame much better and I was disappointed.

Finishes off the coat. A suggestion though. Attach some kind of clip so that when I take off the coat, the liner is somewhat attached to it. Would like to put it on and take it off as one whole unit. I have dropped the liner a couple times forgetting it’s not attached to the coat.

I certainly appreciated Maria Halyard’s assistance in purchasing the size small in my vest. The medium, which I had previously ordered & received, was just slightly too large. I am trying to decide my next vest colour I am going to buy. Love them all!!! One day I will buy the raincoat and choosing the colour will definitely be hard!!

We recommend you size according to the nearest bust measurement. This measurement is the most important as our fabric is not stretchable and should fit comfortably around the chest area.

The 2-way zipper is especially important for long coats and is designed to be used when you are bending over or sitting down. During these actions the fabric may pull tight and possibly tear at the area where the zipper begins. Remember to use the bottom zipper to alleviate stress in that area.
