I’m tall, and often cold in Victoria. My new Mernini long coat keeps me warm and comes below my knees which is a huge PLUS
Great jacket. Fits well, designed well. However, there are some defects in the stitching that look like they will become a problem.

I bought this raincoat in March. I have worn it only a handful of times and the granite tag cracked. I contacted the company (with no response to date). The store that this was purchased at said "Mernini warrants manufacturers' defects. Unfortunately, this crack would be considered general wear and tear. So this wouldn’t be something that Mernini will replace or repair." This rating is based on poor customer service. I would have expected at this price, flaws would be repaired on the product replaced. I would have also expected a response from the company.

I love the colour the length is perfect. So hard to find a long raincoat that covers knees who wants wet knees!!! Quality seems good. It fulfils all my desires n a raincoat. I hope it lasts for ages!

Great fit - fitted in shoulders but more room in body, not constrictive to walk even though its so long. Love that its completely waterproof but not super thick and heavy. The olive green colour is very rich, and original!
I regret not having found out about Mernini before. I've spent 2 decades looking for a long, a-line, waterproof, hooded, non-suffocating raincoat, and I've wasted so much money in my search. I'm absolutely thrilled with this raincoat. Chive Green is the colour of chives, with a touch of olive, it's a mid-tone colour. I'm usually a size Large, but I got a Medium as I'll be wearing it in Summer over light clothing, and it's perfect. If you've been hesitant to purchase, there's no need to hesitate, it's really worth every single penny.
I have deep regrets ... that I didn't know about Mernini sooner. I've wasted so much time and money in the past 20 years looking for the right Raincoat for me. Mernini fits perfectly (I'm usually a size L, but purchased a M). I LOVE LOVE LOVE the A-Line shape (OMG finally an A-Line shaped Raincoat! I deplore the glut of straight-shaped and/or horrid oversized coats), waterPROOF, with a waterproof hood, long, and not suffocating. This is everything I've been looking for, for so dang long. Thank you Mernini! PS: I got the Chive Green, it looks like a medium toned colour of chives + olives. Love it.
I live and a very rainy town - this is the perfect jacket, looks and feels amazing , with being tall it’s long enough that I’m covered. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely thrilled with this coat and have been spreading the word here on the West Coast. My only little bit of disappointment is in the colour. I notice now that the photos online that resulted in my choice were taken in the shade and make the green look more like a deeper forest and less like olive/light moss. I would have chosen a different one

I’ve been wanting to order a raincoat for many months and after seeing Maria on Dragon’s Den, decided to go for it. I received my raincoat this week and am so pleased and impressed with it. I was nervous about the sizing as I’m in between sizes and decided to size down which was the right move. The fabric is like butter, I love the Chive green color, the zipper is solid, the wrist cuffs fit great (I have long arms) and the snap at the bottom of the zipper is so smart to keep the flap in place. I’m so happy to support this brand🇨🇦

I was so looking forward to this raincoat as I have the liner which I use all the time. I even took the liner to a recent spring trip to Denmark and it was very useful. The raincoat, however, didn't fit me across the shoulders and chest. I'm not busty either so this puzzled me as XL should have been enough. I also wondered if I should have purchased the shorter model as it seemed longish. Because it didn't fit, I have now returned it to you. Sorry for us both. I did think though, that it was cleverly constructed, esp with the magnetic fasteners. Best, Linda
My other raincoats will never be worn again; you can feel the difference in quality.
A perfect fit for my +++ size. And perfect garment for the northwest coast weather in this highest rainfall city in Canada (Prince Rupert). Love the colour, love the fabric, the sizing and the workmanship.

Why is the two-way front zipper important?
The 2-way zipper is especially important for long coats and is designed to be used when you are bending over or sitting down. During these actions the fabric may pull tight and possibly tear at the area where the zipper begins. Remember to use the bottom zipper to alleviate stress in that area.
